Dear self,

I hate to break it to you but it's really hard to lose weight when you:

#1- go work out
#2- eat a cupcake right after

  1. I am currently weighing the pros and cons of doing AB Ripper X or eating two scoocheroos (sugar-high chocolate dessert). Maybe I'll do both like you!
